Candle Instructions/Wax Melt Safety
Burn within sight! Keep away from things that catch fire. Keep away from drafts, children and pets. Only burn in a suitable container. Trim wick to the 1/4 inch before lighting. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. If using a wax burner it is recommended to remove the safety warning label first!
RETURN POLICY
NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. WE ONLY REPLACE CANDLES THAT DO NOT BURN OR ANY FAULT WHERE CANDLE DOES NOT BURN AT LEAST A FEW HOURS. AFTER THE INITIAL BURN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAULTY CANDLES THAT COULD BE DUE TO A NUMBER OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS. THANK YOU FOR YOU UNDERSTANDING.
